In 1998 we added a state-of-the-art automated paint
line capable of both powder and liquid paint application.
The combination of the paint line itself, our skilled
and highly experienced paint team and our commitment
to quality enables Crystal Lite to provide painted products
with consistent outstanding quality and value.
Our
automated paint line was installed by Advanced Finishing
Systems at a cost in excess of $500,000. It commenced
operation in November of that year. It occupies approximately
7,500 square feet of our 32,000 square foot addition
we made in 1998. The line installation was done to increase
our paint capability to better service our precision
sheetmetal fabrication/integration customers. Currently,
the level of painting personnel experience exceeds 10
years.
