
Current
Facility
Crystal Lite currently occupies a 100,000 square foot
facility. Of the 100,000 feet, approximately 15,000 is
occupied by office space, with the balance for fabrication
and integration. We have been at our current location
for 10 years, moving from previously occupied spaces totaling
35,000 square feet.
We
offer full turn-key fabrication/integration capability
including project administration, fabrication, plating,
painting, silk-screening, value-added mechanical assembly,
electronic assembly and testing.
November
of 1998 began the operation of our new fully automated
paint line which has powder as well as water-based and
solvent-based liquid capability. This has enhanced our
full turnkey service to our customers
We
pride ourselves in the quality of people we hire to join
the Crystal Lite team. We are poised with a great facility
and great team to remain flexible to grow and accommodate
business changes and customer growth.
Future
Expansion
With the combined financial and management strength of
Crystal Lite, expansion whether it be in the facility
or equipment area, has never been a problem. As an opportunity
presents itself. We are there with plans and actions to
accommodate growth. In the building area, we enlarged
our office area to handle the personnel growth we experienced.
On the fabrication side, 1998 also included the addition
of around 30,000 square feet to our building.
Our
growth potential does not stop with these additions. Several
years ago, we purchased a 5 acre parcel of land adjacent
to our current facility. While we do not anticipate using
this land in the near term, securing it will enable us
to increase our facility size by another 100,000 square
feet. This will bring our total build-out capacity to
just under 200,000 square feet.

Our
20 plus years of Leadership has been characterized by continual
growth.
Staying

System:
We
at Crystal Lite feel we are good, but not perfect. So are
our customers. Things happen and when they do it is our
goal to work among ourselves and the customer to fix the
problem quickly to help keep product moving. At the same
time we are working on corrective action of the problem.
